Functional Status and Well-Being in People with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Compared with People with Multiple Sclerosis and Healthy Controls

The study provides evidence for the reality of disability for many people with ME/CFS and the disease’s effect on HRQoL and wellbeing. In this study population, the loss of functional status, as a proxy for disability, was greater in people with ME/CFS than people with MS.
