Booking Appointments for Clinical Services

Please be aware that due to our registration requirements we can only offer appointments to people aged 13 years of age and above.

If would you like to book a consultation, you can contact us in the following ways.

(If you are enquiring about the Outpatients Clinic at Crowborough, please do not contact the hospital directly as they will not be able to arrange appointments. All bookings need to be made using one of the options below.)

By Phone

0208 706 0036 (calls are charged at local rates). As a small organisation, we may not always have someone available to answer the phone immediately, but if you leave a message we will always get in touch with you.

By using the Clinical Contact form below

Due to overwhelming demand, and giving time to the important task of recruiting and training new clinical staff, we are unable to accept new referrals for Dr Paul Worthley, physiotherapist Sue Pople, or the counselling team until further notice.

We will of course continue to provide ongoing support and advice to the very many people with ME and their families/carers who currently receive support from us.

Please note that Dr Paul Worthley is able to offer new patient appointments at the out-patient clinic at Crowborough. We are pleased to be able to continue to offer new appointments with our chaplains.

We would welcome enquiries from clinicians interested in working with us.

We do our best to reply to all enquires within two working days.

We can also arrange a short phone conversation with Hannah Clifton, our Director and Trust founder. Hannah brings a deep understanding of what it can be like to have to live with ME/CFS.
